Delivery information
All orders are professionally packed. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email when your order is on its way.
Here you can also find the track & trace code to track your order.
- The delivery time for most products is 1 – 2 working days.
- Are you not at home? Most packages are simply delivered to the mailbox.
Does it not fit through? Then the package will be delivered (if possible) to your neighbors, or to the nearest post office. - Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday; unfortunately there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery times are in most cases between 09:00 and 18:00. During busy periods, such as around the holidays, it may happen that your product is delivered later or in the evening.
