Delivery information
All orders are professionally packaged. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email once your order has been dispatched.
This email will also contain the track & trace code to follow your order.
- The delivery time for most products is 1 – 2 business days.
- Not at home? Most parcels will simply be delivered through your letterbox.
If it doesn't fit? Then the parcel will be delivered (if possible) to your neighbours, or to the nearest postal location. - Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday; Unfortunately, there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery times are in most cases between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. During busy periods, such as around the holidays, it is possible that your product will be delivered later or in the evening.

At people's homes, he repeatedly saw which care and cleaning products people used—and how often these were full of warning symbols. He wanted to change that. In March 2025, Mark Rozemarijn started Naturalcare—a shop with products that work, are gentle on people and the environment, and remain affordable.

We exclusively sell brands suitable for sensitive skin — free from fragrances, parabens, and irritating substances. In addition to our webshop, you can visit our store in Oss for personal and color advice.
