Returns & Complaints
All orders are professionally packed and checked by ourselves. If your order has been damaged during the shipping process or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase? Please contact us and we will of course solve this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return your product and get the purchase price including shipping costs back. You can return your order in the original packaging, in most cases with letterbox post. We will then exchange the package for you or refund the purchase price within 7 working days.
The shipping costs for returns (exchanges) are at your own expense.
Step 1: Download the return form, fill it in easily digitally, print it and add it to your return shipment. No printer? Then write the order number on your package and send us the return form by e-mail.
Step 2: Send the return shipment to the return address below. In most cases this can be done with a letterbox package. Always save the track and trace code of your shipment.
Step 3: You will receive a message when the return has been received and processed by us.

Complaint about a product?
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation. As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
