Returns & complaints

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Step 2: Send the return to the return address below. In most cases, this can be done with a letterbox package. Always keep the track and trace code of your shipment.

Step 3: You will receive a message when the return has been received and processed by us.

Complaint about a product?

We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation.
