Returns & Complaints
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been returned in good order.

Step 2: Send the return shipment to the return address below. In most cases, this can be done with a letterbox package. Always keep the track and trace code of your shipment.
Step 3: You will receive a notification when the return shipment has been received and processed by us.

Complaint about a product?
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returned.
Mediation procedure
At Rozemarijn Natural Care, we do everything we can to serve you as best as possible. If you are not satisfied with something, please let us know via info@rozemarijn-naturalcare.nl, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
If we cannot find a solution together, you can submit your complaint to an independent mediation body via WebwinkelKeur. They will assist you as an independent party to reach a solution.
